You love to see them come and you love to see them go!!!!! Or at least that is the way I feel about it. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and our time together was fun-filled. We started eating about 2 on Thursday and by 3:30 - thanks to Annie - everything was put back together.
Dolls are something I'm not use to having around. But Em is all girl from head to toe. She was a little afraid of Lucilu when she first came but by the time they left, Emerson and Luci were best buds.

I don't think Jake sat down the entire time while they were here. He seemed to be a whirlwind. But what a joy!
When they left, Lucilu wanted to know who was going to chase her now and who was going to give her treats! She was lonesome without her best buds. And I was happy to have quietness again but lonesome for them after two hours. There is nothing better than to get those grandbabies on your lap and snuggle.
This week will be devoted to the purple quilt. My cousin Freida sent me a quilting magazine for my birthday and they have a flower applique that I think I will add to the purple quilt. I like the purple and a certain shade of green together. We are going to the Taft Museum for lunch tomorrow and the Cincinnati Art Museum for lunch on Saturday. I enjoy spending time with my new friends. Ina and I are going to the Quilt Box, a fabric store I have never been to in Dry Ridge. I hope you have a productive week as well.

We didn't have the boys here for the holiday but visited them right before....I enjoyed the visit but was glad to get home to my quiet little house...esp. now that Keith is back at work too. I'm used to spending most my days alone and don't like TOO much social activity!
CHesty got a bath when we picked him up from the kennel, don't you love to cuddle with them with they're all soft, clean, and smelling good??
